Poultry

Our chickens are pastured at four weeks of age until they are ready to be processed, which we do ourselves on site. We use organic feeds from Green Mountain Feeds in Bethel VT and also sell organic eggs from our beautiful hens!

Produce

We specialize in Asian greens but produce many "traditional" vegetables as well!

This year's crops (available at different times during the season):

  • Broccoli, cauliflower

This year's poultry products:

  • Whole broilers

  • Broiler parts (boneless breasts, bone-in thighs, leg quarters, drumsticks, wings

  • Eggs

Ferments and Pickles

Many of the vegetables we produce end up pickled or fermented, and we use several of our products (Napa cabbages, carrots, garlic, peppers, green onions, and Daikon radishes).
